Resident Indicted On Child Rape Charge
An indictment was served against a local man Monday after a Lawrence County Grand Jury opted to issue child rape charges against him.
Arrest reports show that Christopher Lee Eddins, age 39, was served the indictment around 8:30 p.m. at his 30 Hawthorn Drive home.
Eddins is required to answer the charges in Lawrence County Circuit Court on March 11, 2013.
